Overview
Dog-On-It Agility Club of Central Florida (DOI) is one of the oldest agility clubs in the United States, formed in 1990! We are committed to the enjoyment and growth of agility and other dog sports for all dogs. Dogs do not need to be purebred to participate in any sport or venue. All dogs are welcome as long as they are physically fit and are not people- or dog-aggressive.
We are an all-volunteer organization and we are members of both the American Kennel Club (AKC) and the United States Dog Agility Association (USDAA). We host training opportunities and competitions in agility and scent work, as well as other sports.
We have a private and fully fenced outdoor training facility featuring two large agility fields with equipment at 4253 W Ponkan Road, Apopka FL 32712. (Our area is often referred to as Zellwood. In fact, our facility is located at the old Zellwood Corn Festival field!)

Training lessons are available to non-club members, and we welcome newcomers. Please click on Training for more information.
DOI also hosts agility trials (competitions) throughout the year at our training field. The trials are held outside, under our beautiful Florida sun. Our trials are a fun experience whether you’re competing with your own dog or bringing the whole family to watch! Visit our Events page to see when our next event will be held! They are free to attend, but please do not bring any dog that is not entered in the competition.
Dog-On-It has many accolades and accomplishments! Several of our members are former or current World Team and European Open members and many more hopefuls! Our AKC Agility League teams regularly finish in the top groups nationwide. Our DACOF team(s) have finished at or near the top many times, including a 2nd place finish in 2023 and 1st place in 2024. DACOF (Dog Agility Competition of Florida) is an annual statewide competition held in June with teams sponsored by Florida dog clubs and individuals. It’s a great experience and DOI sponsors teams comprised of our members every year!
