Why Join Dog-On-It?
Membership has it’s privileges!
- All members have access to the training fields and equipment to train their dog(s)! Access will be granted after a current member has verified that you know how to use the equipment safely and properly. DOI maintains a calendar of field events so members know when fields are in use for other purposes. Visit our Calendar and see the link to information about using the calendar below.
- Members have priority access to classes and seminars.
- Members are eligible to participate on the DOI DACOF team, and DOI will cover your entries. (Rules apply)
- Members receive Title Plaques for all sports titles earned by their dogs during that calendar year at club expense.
- Members become part of a network of friends and colleagues! Priceless!

What Does Membership Cost?
There are various levels of membership:
Gold Membership –
$50.00 per year
This level reflects the full charter of the organization. DOI is a club and, as such, members are expected to share the benefits as well as the burdens required to maintain the organization. The Gold membership level is the more interactive membership, hence the discount that benefits the activity accordingly.
Requirements: During the year, must attend one (1) club meeting, participate in at least one club-sponsored activity (ie work at a trial or other club activity, serve as a Board member, or become Field Manager or Training Director).
Benefits: Field use with priority over Silver-level members for field scheduling should that situation occur.
Silver Membership
$100 per year
This level is for those individuals who do not plan to participate in fund raising or club maintenance activities, hence the higher cost on a yearly basis.
Requirements: None.
Benefits: Field use, unless occupied by a Gold-level member or previously scheduled event.
Family Membership
$75.00 per year
This level is for adults and minors, residing under the same household/residence. Similar to the Gold-level, this membership allows family members (2 or more individuals) the same benefits at a slight discount.
Requirements: During the year, must attend one (1) club meeting, participate in at least one (1) club-sponsored activity (ie work at a trial or other club activity).
Benefits: Field use with priority over Silver-level members.
Junior Membership
$35.00 per year
We want to support the youth in our community by encouraging any young persons that desire to pursue the sport of dog agility and other dog sports. Junior handlers are the future of dog sports, and as such, we encourage any individuals under the age of 18 to join our club. An adult/guardian must sponsor and accompany the minor at all times when on DOI property for classes or training.
Requirements: The junior and chaperone must attend one (1) club meeting per year, participate in at least one (1) club-sponsored activity for the year.
Benefits: A reduced price from the single-person Gold membership. Field use with priority over Silver-level members.
Membership runs from August to August of each year. Members that have not renewed by October 15 will be removed from the club membership rolls.
